Q. Do you process the passports?
A. No, but for US passports there are several agencies nearby.

Q. I need a picture for a passport / visa from another country. Can you help?
A. Our passport equipment is set up for the United States standards. Passports for many other countries are similar. Please bring the specifications with you.

Q. The specifications for the picture I need are significantly different from the US passport standard. Can you handle that?
A. Head size, head position, and print size are the most common factors of difference. Make an appointment in our portrait studio and bring your requirements. We can prepare a custom print, cropped and sized appropriately.

Q. Where do I get US Passport forms?
A. Visit a location that processes passports, or print your own form by visiting the U.S. Department of State web site, foia.state.gov.
